The short version. No accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies. The only analytics is Cloudflare's cookieless page-view counter (see Hosting). What can be stored about you: a nickname and score if you play online or post to a leaderboard, and whatever you type into a Feedback or "Report a problem" form.
Ketuk-Ketuk (ketuk-ket.uk and its game subdomains) is made and run by one person, Amir Warsanah, as a hobby. This page covers only those sites. Questions or requests: amirwarsanah@gmail.com.
There is nothing to sign up for and no advertising. The pages load no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Games keep your settings and local progress in your own browser's storage so you can pick up where you left off; that data stays on your device and you can wipe it by clearing site data for that site in your browser.
Feedback. Each game has a Feedback button. Sending one stores the text you typed, whether you marked it a problem or an idea, which game and page you were on, and your screen size — nothing else. Your address is held in the server's memory for a few minutes only to stop floods, and is never written down. Please don't put personal details in a feedback message.
Wartastic Pacers, Amir's Chess and RogueFour each have an online mode where you type a name and a room code. Those are sent to the game server so you and your friend can be paired, and the room keeps a simple win/loss tally under those names so it is still there next time you use the same code. Amir's Chess also keeps the state of an unfinished game so it can be resumed. Playing solo sends nothing beyond loading the page.
Wartastic Pacers loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads.
Score Attack leaderboard. If you post a score, the server stores the name you typed, the score, a few run statistics (level, shots, clears) and the time. The leaderboard is public — anyone can see the names and scores on it, so pick a nickname you are happy to show. To keep out spam, the server also keeps the IP address a score came from for up to one hour, then drops it. The game counts first-time and returning visits as plain totals not linked to you. To have a leaderboard entry removed, email the address above with the name shown.
RogueFour loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads. Apart from Cloudflare (below), the Google Fonts loads in Wartastic Pacers and RogueFour are the only third-party requests these games make.
All of these sites are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address and basic browser details in order to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. How Cloudflare handles that is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cloudflare also adds its Web Analytics script to every page. It sets no cookies and counts page views and loading speed as totals; it is not used to identify or follow you.
Clear site data in your browser to remove locally saved progress or settings. Email to have a leaderboard name or a room record removed. If any of this changes — for example if a game ever adds accounts or more analytics — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
